Sometimes, life can be really, really hard.
Sometimes things can get so bad it feels like everything is falling apart around us.
In this episode we are going to dig into some really practical advice and encouragement to help you keep going when it feels like you or your life is falling apart.
Every bit of what you’ll hear me share has been pulled straight from the trenches of fighting through one of the hardest seasons of my own life.
We’d just moved to a new state where we didn’t know a soul - away from our support system of friends and family.
We were trying to juggle moving, four kids, homeschooling, running two businesses while taking on a third, and the stress mixed with poor self care triggered some crippling anxiety and health issues (which just made things even harder.)
To top it all off, sexual addiction nearly led to my 10-year marriage falling apart.
Everything was a mess. I was a mess.
But thanks to God’s unending grace and goodness I not only survived, but grew.
And no matter what you face in your life, I’m here to tell you that you can too.

1 Peter 4:12 “Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you.”
1 Peter 5:8-10 “Your great enemy, the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.”
Philippians 4:19 “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”
Galatians 5:22 “The fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
Psalms 81:10 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.”
Philippians 4:6-7 “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
