Being married and having a partner to go through life with is a huge gift and blessing. It means you have the opportunity to be and do more together than you could apart. But it takes work and intentionality to become an effective team!
In this episode I’m joined again by my husband Andrew to break down the six keys to being an effective team with your spouse and what this looks like practically in everyday life.

Scripture From This Episode
Mark 10:6-9 “But God made them male and female from the beginning of creation. This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one. Since they are no longer two but one, let no one split apart what God has joined together.”
Ecclesiastes 4:9–12 “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
Mark 6:7 “Calling the Twelve to him, he began to send them out two by two and gave them authority over impure spirits.”
Luke 11:17 "Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall."
Philippians 2:2-4 "Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.”
1 Peter 3:8 “Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude.”
Colossians 3:14 “Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.”
